Having been super impressed with some of the big names’ tech support, particularly the Apple Genius appointments, we decided to launch our own. Also, on the back of some recent client meetings we have discovered that Docsafe, like most tech, is hardly ever used to its full potential (and that is so sad!).

One of our clients didn’t know some very simple processes – such as some of the signing options and the fact that you can upload multiple pdfs at once. We don’t like that so we’d rather invest some time showing you round a little bit more.

So, we have launched Docsafe Lightbulb where you can book some time with us – either face to face or via the miracle of Zoom/Teams. We can talk through a few features, see how you use Docsafe and guide you through some hints and tips, benefits and functions that might just make your life a whole lot easier.

Docsafe is a hard-working platform but it also has lots of interesting, fun, useful things that you may not be aware of.
