This new Docsafe feature is excellent for a number of reasons. It’s intuitive… you can predict (and know) quite a lot of your client information when you are requesting repeat form fills. It’s a time-saver… clients don’t need to look up any information you hold for them – contact details, last year’s turnover, board member names – whatever it is, it can be rolled forward using a previously completed form.
This feature works on forms, questionnaires or any documents where you require a level of information you already hold. It’s particularly valuable for longer documents where you are updating information annually/regularly.
