We have spoken to a few of our clients recently to find out how they rate Docsafe and also to understand what they consider to be an indispensable part of the Docsafe portal. The results are in and make for interesting reading!

Organisation

Surprisingly – and something we don’t really think to mention – is the way Docsafe allows clients to get organised. The ability to set up folders, grant access to authorised people, and audit what goes in and out is really popular. As you can also track outstanding activity and do a complete audit trail of all completed activity, it’s unsurprising that our clients rate organisation as a valued feature. We think that its simplicity plays a big part in the feeling of being organised as well.

Security

This is the main reason we originally established Docsafe. We wanted to combine a digital filing cabinet with layered security features so that sensitive data could be stored and retrieved without using email. Interestingly, in the early days, we used to have to explain what the cloud was – and also the pitfalls of using email for document exchange. Luckily those days are past us and everyone knows what we offer!

Online signing

Of course, the ability to sign online is a huge bonus. Signatures are intrinsically part of the landscape when working with secure or confidential information – so being able to access, retrieve, sign and store a document without using open email architecture is an essential part of the portal. Our signing goes beyond the basics and, whilst simple to use, is also highly sophisticated when needed.

Admin busting

By allowing authorised people access to specific parts of Docsafe you can save lots of time – requests for information are signposted to the right folders, the filing hierarchy means everything is to hand quite simply – and it’s storage capability means that going over older or archived information is a doddle.

Simplicity

Docsafe is a portal that has been developed over more than two decades, evolving constantly. This makes it extremely high functioning with many features and benefits – but with an ease of use and intuitive interface that makes it appealing and engaging to all users.

We knew most of these of course but hadn’t realised quite how much our clients rely on Docsafe as a portal that keeps them organised. It’s almost too obvious to be honest as it is an online filing system – with lots of benefits!
